For those who are wondering, Missed it or confused: This song, "Friendly Fire" was actually recorded back then almost 7 years ago before One More Light album was eventually released on May 19th.


And wondered why friendly Fire is not on the album? That's because Friendly Fire is too similar Battle Symphony, listen to the last chorus if you know what i mean.

LP truly was my gateway into metal as a whole and then BFMV was what pushed me into core.

Chester is and will always be one of if not my favourite vocalist. RIP the Legend

This was quite difficult to watch. Both bittersweet and haunting. The way they have the original footage of him walking into the room...OMG, and Chester smiling. Too Much! But infinite thanks to Mike and the guys for keeping Chester alive for all of the fans. And making him proud, post mortem. He is smiling down from heaven. We love you, Chaz...We Miss You!

In behind the scenes clips they mentioned this album was lyrics first, music second unlike what they were used to before.
One More Light is musically not my usual jam like many people, but I've heard the album and it has this mature bittersweet energy which is gut wrenching. The emotions hit like a truck.
Got to respect, and I think I'll love the album even more as I get older

As this song was releasing, my relationship with my brother, my best friend, was coming to its final end, very violently. It was during a long business trip, far from home. When I got back home, and sat down to find this song, having been released and posted while the only family I had left was walking out of my life for the final time, it was like the universe had a sick sense of humor, but also everything will be alright. RIP Chester, you were the best of us.
