18 years to find a simple, good and efficient tutorial. Thank you so much.

If you are in rush: Drag your spritesheet to the scene to create automaticly a .anim file and configure your Animator Controller as you want creating States for each .anim/spritesheet created with the "drag in the scene" magic.

This is SO much better than the last video I've seen on Sprites. All the other videos suggest importing every frame as it's own sprite. That was so inefficient! Thank you for this, really. Coming from a dedicated 2D game engine, to Unity, I just assumed "this is just how it is I guess". Glad to find this video.

Helped me out a lot, the process is simple but for some reason my Slice button was showing just as a little arrow, finally I can move on hehe

Also don't forget to set the "Filter" to None if you're using a pixel art and it looks blurry.

Can you add emission to that sprite? Let's say you wanted the fire to look brighter. Thanks!

Thanks for this, question, is there a way to add a normal map, or the 6point lighing technique to these without using particles? cheers

How can I assign a png sequence like this onto an object? Is it possible and do you think it's better to do it in Blender (for example) and then import that into Unity?
