I used to wonder why people would tape knives to the inside of the box but then I learned that it helps prevent the knife from being stolen in transit because it's not as easy to get out.

Every Knife I sell, I tape them inside the usps box. The reason is because. If the postoffice worker knows it's a knife. There is a "chance" the "ends will get smashed ""open""

I like the apocalyptic finish, got one serrated and picked up a shadow all DLC. Super smooth action. Depending on which hand you are using, you can easily open it with the side buttons, just flip it around the other side. It's more comfortable to open or close. You are correct, the button on the new combat troodons is wider and eats less into your skin.

I have a Glykon, and I gotta say, it's failed more than any other OTF I've handled.
My Guardian Tactical 35 has never failed.

It actually is pretty handy to be able to choke up on the blade. I've sliced my thumb at least once on my double edged Ultratech so I appreciate that little detail.

I love my ultratechs and my Scarab 2, but the Glykon has become my favorite OTF. Plan to get the shadow and natural clear versions.

Too many knives are stolen in transit. Taping them to the box is a must these days on the secondary. Especially when it’s not a budget offering. When I sold my last Koenig, I did exactly like this guy did
