Excellent tutorial, Chris! Really helpful. Question: can I include page ranges in my index if I create it using a concordance file? And if so, how?

This is so useful - thank you and thumbs up. But, how do you create a sub-index entry using concordance files?

Hello, can I have the texting you are using so that I can exercise. It's hard just to see without having hands on using your texting doc. Thank you.

I tried this but didnt get a positive result from creating a table with 2 columns, calling it a concordance file then using it in my index. Is there something I have missed?

How could this be used for e-book. Is there a way to create links?
