Why are a lot of these cars top speed limited? You'd expect the car to be able to decouple the electric engine from the transmission at those speeds and just let the ICE run as fast as it could possibly go freely.

this Phev cars are really pointlessly stupid with abnormal high fuel consumption to stupid limitations and performance for their HP are nothing special too but price are relative gigasonic high
