Paul shows us how we perform a coolant service at Jim Tubman Chevrolet.

Dexcool is the name of your General Motors car or truck’s coolant and requires regular maintenance like most other automotive fluids.

Your engine’s coolant plays a vital role in keeping your engine cool and also heats the cabin of your vehicle. If your coolant is ignored, your vehicle may overheat and engine damage may occur.

Here at Jim Tubman Chevrolet, our certified technicians will check and test your coolants composition and may recommend service if needed with our cooling system service which is required every five years or 240,000 kms.

Your vehicle will receive the needed additives and 100% of your coolant flushed from your car or truck.

My goodness, don't ever let this coolant get old. Came in a 1994 I got recently, and the stuff I can actually get out looks like clay. Has close to the same consistency, too.

When u flush your engine don't forget to flush your heater core as well because dexcool clogged my heater core with some paste.

What is the additive that you are using? The Tech says 12 liters of Dexcool, additive, and fades off as he says "mix". So if I got a Dexcool flush at a GM dealer, would the Tech add ANY amount of distilled water to the Dexcool? Thanks for the video.

Can you mix top off red dexcool with an orange dexcool? I wonder why the old dexcool used to be on red Vs the new one witch is now orange!!

2003 Chevrolet Cavalier has that engine coolant drain plug, but I can't find it. Do you happen know where is that drain valve located? Thank you.

very well produced indeed! but the more I watch it the harder it is to watch because the way the guy speaks, pausing every three or four words like clockwork... it's hard to listen to.... also what's up with this guys face... look at it... or better yet... don't...
