I bought my tickets a couple months ago and thought that it was automatically going to be shown in vivid seats. I didn't know that I was going to get an email asking me to confirm it so I didn't really check my email until about a week ago. I got an email saying my tickets were delivered and that I needed to confirm the transfer tickets but when I checked there was nothing. So I checked my spam and apparently emails sent after 30 days automatically deletes. My spam emails don't go far back. Is there a way we can get a new email so that I can confirm the tickets.

I am travelling from overseas and don't have mobile data. I assume all venues have WIFI that we can connect to in order to access our email and therefore access our e-tickets? I got to say - I wish we could print off a QR code on paper for "backup" in the event we cannot access our phone for some reason.
