Now like I said this is partially because some of the most powerful characters in the series die by the end of the final arc, however not for nothing Yuji joins the battle wearing special Cursed Item Gauntlets that cover his arms making them look really curse like and probably reinforcing his punches, which themselves are extra reinforced by Yuji’s NEAR MASTERY over his own Cursed Energy, which allows Yuji to use Black Flash after Black Flash almost seemingly on purpose, to the point where Yuji hit almost 10 of them back to back. Beyond that Yuji has access to not only his very own cursed technique, a modern version of Sukuna’s Dismantle, but he also has access to the techniques of the different Cursed Wombs we’ve met throughout the series giving him various blood based attacks. Ontop of this Yuji not only learned how to proficiently use Reverse Cursed Technique to heal himself and fix entire limbs, he can ALSO use Domain Expansion, sending his opponent into a world where they can talk and go over how they still have a chance to go the right way in life as they visit the memories Yuji has of his hometown, and all of this is what it took for him to bring the battle with Sukuna to an end, but the way YUTA got upgraded is even crazier.

Yujis most op trait is his soul perception. By consciously applying that skill to his punches and later his CT shrine, he now targets and effects the soul on purpose. Soul damage is the most hax shit in jjk, bc you need soul perception to use RCT to heal damage caused by blows from someone who has it. It can likely be used at will to avoid harming allys in training but even if it's not, and he has to constantly deal with the drawbacks of auto soul damage, that alone makes him one of the most lethal sorcerers we've ever seen, not to mention he's the only living RCT user that can heal soul damage. The only other sorcerer with the experiences required to learn it is megumi, but until he learns RCT yuji is the only one with that ability alive.

Yuji could Always subconsciously target the soul as a result of being a vessel but by the end he's precise enough to target the barrier between souls on an incarnation while still operating under the same logic as the blows that can hurt mahito.

The only thing we haven't explicitly seen him do is target the soul of another sorcerer alone, but if he can target the soul of a curse, and aim and even expand the target of his dismantles to differentiate and strike at the barrier between souls, the only logical conclusion is that he can target sorcerer souls as well. Tbh I think we didn't see it bc Targeting the barrier of an incarnation is way more effective against sukuna than the direct soul strikes that took out mahito. Wouldn't help much against sukuna when he could also use Soul RCT, but even if he couldn't all it would do is eventually kill sukuna and megumi so striking the barrier makes a lot more sense.

With his domain sure hit also being soul dismantles, the benefits of his death painting phisiology making his RCT like half price, and his penchant for black flash, yujis one of the most lethal sorcerers ever, and in the top 3 most dangerous individuals of his generation
