WSH Council and Ministry of Education (MOE) collaborated to produce a video to encourage safe habits in the Food & Nutrition Lab for Secondary School students. This video highlights the importance of practising safe habits before, during and after cooking lessons. Topics covered include Personal Hygiene, Food Preparation, Working with Kitchen Equipment and Organisation of the Kitchen.
