I really love what you said about comfort food. I think that it is pretty much impossible to be 'super clean' all the time. Not to say boring as well. Training is no problem, going hard is no problem and sleep is definitely not hard to do. The biggest challenge is food, that is my reality. If I keep my plan 90% of the time it is more enjoyable to let yourself 'cheat' a little. But not in excess. And give yourself more cred for what you are achieving.

I cringe so hard at people commenting about steroids. If you truly believe in your mind that Sadik's physique and fitness is only due to steroids, you're actually ill and have never visited a gym in your life. Take a look around any gym and watch the known gear users there, none of them even come close to what Sadik has achieved. Regardless of steroids this takes an absolutely INSANE amount of discipline. Pay credit where credit is due. God bless you Sadik, you've motivated many.
