Who is the Nearest Relative? The Mental Health Act

The Nearest Relative of a person is defined in the Mental Health Act. The term next of kin is not used. In this short video I outline the first 4 people in the list of who is eligible to be a nearest relative, and give 2 of the rights of a nearest relative.
