Can you turn ANC completely off on the normal Pearls? As ANC gives me huge ear pain and severe not transparency which is different.... I mean everything ANC related off.

Also if you can, do you get extra playback time?

I have been a Nura subscriber for 3 years... when they came out with the Limited Edition nura buds, I was told I could not get those with the subscription... then, they released the Perls and I asked about getting the Pros with the subscription... again, I was told No... I've paid in hundreds of dollars in subscription but can only get the low end items at every turn... I no longer recommend Nura to people who ask about them... great review... hope to check out your store soon

This ad fails to mention the lossless codec is limited to only few devices. Several mainstream phones don't support it. 🙄
