GoPro Hero 10 Unboxing & Setup

In this video, we are unboxing the brand new GoPro Hero 10 Black that was launched today. We do a quick walkthrough of the new features and specs and we run through the setup process of getting it connected to the GoPro Quik app so we can update the firmware. The new Hero 10 Black features a new GP2 chip, Hypersmooth 4.0, Higher frame rates, and resolution among several other enhancements and upgrades ... and yes the touch screen now seems to work as it should!

Great unboxing Shawn. The new Hero 10 seems like a solid upgrade over the Hero 9. I really like that they added the GP2 processor, the Hero 9 had a slow touch screen, especially when it first launched. I’m looking forward to seeing more of the Hero 10 on your channel.

Good Video. Note: 1) Bottom of Box = SN - Missed this. 2) You drop volume of your voice. At night, if I turn up the vol to hear you, you suddenly blast out speaking every now and then. Need to keep constant levels when talking or run audio through a LIMITER in post (ideally when recording) then match it back with GP Video in Vegas Pro 19 (PC) or Luma Fusion (iPad).

I have the Hero 8 and it’s still great. May get the Hero 10. I wouldn’t mind another session release. Great vid.

Can we use the camera while charging ? That way in case the battery dies then while riding we can continue recording while charging using a power bank or bike charging port.

It's also requires V60 SD card for best performance too according to message, but v30 still works too.
