I literally just spend my quarantine on my phone
But these week I tried to use one of ur workout videos and now my body is exhausted because I really just spend my day lying on my bed but I'm getting used to it

Hi Emi and Chad! I’ve never commented on YouTube before, but I just wanted to say that I really really needed this video. It’s so easy to get lost in negative thoughts when in isolation, especially during these difficult and confusing times. Your kind words reminded me that I’m not alone and that there’s always a positive side to even the worst situations. Such a great tips!! You're so so lucky you can work from home. I am a chef and lost my job, do not get paid at all I'm this makes me sooo anxious. So I am eating healthy, working out and meditating to keep me sane and feel like i have control over something. To be honest I cannot wait to go back to work

Thanks for the tips! I have been working from home a lot as I'm finishing up my final Ph.d edits so I'm used to scheduling my day so I get work done, workout and have time for a break. But since my husband isn't used to working from home as much, your tips will definitely help! ❤️
