Working from home has its advantages and disadvantages. Love your tips Sarah and since I've started working from home like two years ago I have done all that you've listed. Another important thing too is to eat something healthy to keep you going. I feel like if I just eat crappy things then I can't really concentrate or have the energy to do my work but if I fueled myself with healthy choices I am able to complete my daily tasks better. 💕Thank you for these helpful tips!

I wish I had found this video when I first started working from home. I was only WFH for seven business days. I was transferred to another department and have seen gone back into the office. The background noise tip would have helped at the time. Listening to the silence and the clock ticking did drive me bonkers. The only tip that I would add is ‘create a dedicated work space with a proper “desk.”’ If that is your kitchen table or setting up a folding table. Just create a desk like atmosphere and don’t work on your couch with your laptop on your lap or in bed. Thanks for not mentioning “make your bed.” Don’t see how that is relevant. :) Really enjoying your content.

These tips were super helpful! As of this week I'm doing school and my internship remotely and I'm having a hard time adjusting because I hate sitting still, and running from class to work was a great way for me to get the movement that I needed in throughout the day. Something that I do when I have a lot of studying or work to get done is set a timer for 45 minutes on and 15 minutes off. I use those 15 minutes to do whatever and then put my phone away for the 45 and it always makes me a lot more productive!

My tip is to set an alarm! If I sleep in everyday I'm so lazy and unproductive and don't get everything done that I need to. When I set my alarm in the morning to wake up at a normal time I would be at work that helps me get things done!

Love this. I’m working remotely now due to office closures but I also just accepted anew job that is remote and very nervous I’ll hate being home so much

I’ve been working from home for two days & I stay in my pajamas until it’s time to change into new pajamas 😂
