What’s happening in this Godzilla movie clip?
Godzilla glares at Nick (Matthew Broderick from Glory and Ferris Bueller's Day Off) and the others. They immediately run away to a taxi and drive away with Godzilla chasing them. After a furious chase around Midtown, Nick sees O'Neal (Doug Savant from Desperate Housewives) and throws the cab ID to him. O'Neal figures out that he can use the cab ID to find the radio frequency to contact Nick.


What’s the movie Godzilla about?
Godzilla, an immense mutated lizard, migrates to New York City to nest its young. To stop the monster from destroying the city, the US Army and a team of dedicated investigators decide to unravel the mystery behind the strange creature.

I thought this was always considered the best Godzilla. I remember me and my mates hoping for years that they would have a sequel to it because of the egg that cracks in the end. Apparently it has bad reviews somehow lol

It's funny how people can have different perspectives. This was the first godzilla movie I ever saw so to me this was the definitive version of him. I liked this one better than when I saw the older versions because to me this one looked cooler and I didn't like how the old ones stood straight up. So yea I can see how OG godzilla fans wouldn't like this because it was completely different from what it used to be but to me this was and still is the best version along side the new 2014 and up design which is pretty good.

I understand why people didn't like this godzilla because of the design, but imo it's still a very amazing design.
Of course it's not what people are used to when they think of "godzilla" but when you take a moment and just ignore the fact, the movie is pretty good.
