I love this dress! 😍😍.. I would love to see, one day, a video where you do a round up of dresses you have sewn. A sew-and-tell . 😂I love the patterns and fabrics you choose. It is always inspiring

It's so fun when one sewing project gets your sewjo back. This project was definitely something that looks like your style. I'm currently trying to get my sewjo back, hopefully soon.

That is Adorable!!! Isn't it fun to work with ye old sewing book along with the modern pattern? I've done that for a few projects. A couple years ago, I found I was printing out directions for embroidery stitches or old techniques, & stacking them up for 'sometime'. Then a few months ago, I was organizing my sewing area & found them languishing. I almost threw them out & thought, ok, so I've just wasted my paper And my time if I do that. I sat right down & added embroidery to a plain dress & now I try to add Something like that to whatever I make. It just feels....more special you know? So yes, Kudos on the mauve confection. :)

A comment on the video tech side. I've noticed you seem to use some sort of sepia-ish? partial desaturation? filter on your videos. I like how it pulls things together & harmonizes well with what I think of as your style. Does it have an option for being less or more dark though? Despite having my monitors brightness turned all the way up, it was very difficult to clearly see everything in the video. I've noticed this from the first, but today's video seemed particularly dark. It felt like a real strain on my eyes. I'm not 24, so this may be a complaint of the Aged but as there are a lot of us Not 24 Sewists....well. grin... Again, lovely job on the dress!
