Yeah, but notice that with I - V - vi - IV, if you start halfway through it becomes vi - IV - I - V. We did heaps of songs in Four Chords that follow that progression, from Save Tonight to Self Esteem, it's the same four chords in the same order. I believe the songs in this video are actually in F#min, so the first chord is chord i, whereas Paradise and Pumped Up Kicks are actually in E, so the third chord is chord I. But yes, it is the same progression.
