hey there, I know i'm a bit late but the pystemmer is not supported for py3.10 and when I install the py3.9 its shows path error tho the 3.9 paths are already been added to the env variables

Amazing bot btw. I’m just wondering what steps can I take to take my programming skills to the next level and apply them to many different situations and build these apps like you do. I know html, css, a bit of JavaScript, a lot of Java but little library knowledge, and some python knowledge with machine learning and stuff like that (so yes I do know that the bot uses NLTK :) )
