I wanted to thank you, Dr. Gaur. I am a fairly new ER physician and, believe it or not, I had my first independent RIJ HD during my shift today. Your video was instrumental in my procedure being successful. I was super proud of my work when I finished and your video was instrumental to my education. Prior to performing this procedure, I had some anxiety but I followed your directions and- PRESTO! An amazing outcome for the patient. Keep up your work. You are changing patients' and doctors' lives.

Hi Dr. Gaur, I have a question. I am an Aortic Intervention Rep (Stent grafting for EVAR/TEVARs) and one of the items I am trying to learn is how physicians decide on wire and cath preferences for their procedures. I understand depending on the anatomy, certain wires or caths preferences are taken into consideration but what are your "go to" caths for example, if you cannot track up past the aortic bifurcation with tortuous illiacs? I'd like your thought process during access up to the abdominal aorta with difficult anatomy. Your video is very simple and concise so thought you'd be a great resource to ask.

Loving these videos-- appreciate you doing all of these! I start my first IR rotation at U of Chicago next month and these videos are SUPER helpful for my preparation. Will pass along to others in my class. Thanks again!

Much clearer than using cartoon. The real things show the procedures well. Thank you.

Great video!

Why is it that the Right CFA is preferred for entry over the left?

Also do you think you will ever do one about how wires and catheters are manipulated to get into the smaller arteries to get to their destination? For instance how you go about getting from the AA into the coeliac artery?

Hi Sarel, would you mind if I used your video (in its original form) as part of an introductory IR workshop?
