Honestly 😉. Having long healthy beautiful hair takes time, patience and products! I’m 56 yrs old and have waist length hair and it takes time to keep healthy. I get trimmed 1 inch every 6 months, and no heat tools! Good luck 🍀 on your journey 😊😊

When you have really long hair people will keep telling you that you’re hair is amazing. My hair is almost down to my knees and I get at least 5 compliments a day on my hair. It’s amazing I love it.

Me too I want longer hair. My hair was short a year ago now I have classic length hair which is almost buttock length but I want knee length hair😅

Hi! I have hair up to my knees, and here are some tips! See what type your hair is with a hair type chart, and only shampoo roots, dont brush your hair while its wet, only apply cpnditioner to the ends and wash out with cold water, flip your head upside down and massage with oil, (i recommend jojoba oil, coconut oil, grapeseed oil, almond oil, castor oil, and rosemary oil ❤)

I have long hair and let me tell you all the compliments and attention you get for your hair is very nice sure but let’s just be reminded that long hair has bad sides to it E.G
- you won’t be able to do certain hairstyles due to the lenth of your hair
- taking care of it will be quite hard and if you need to go some where real quick you won’t be able to get your hair done as fast
- and letting your hair down might be a nightmare sometimes as it might flow in the wind get in your face and if you do sports or swimming long hair will be a serious problem
But either way it is your choice I’m just warning you of the long hair side people don’t see

I'm 53 and my hair is same as 1st live girl. Color and style is same as brunette with white shorts on. I love long hair! In Florida I got tired of wearing a ball cap in the summer so I experimented with figuring out a way to wear short hair that could even be dressed up: keep your head straight up and brush all of your hair forward, make 10 miniature pony tails, then clip pony end with a barrette to your scalp. Your hair can be adjusted to whatever length you choose. You can also flat iron, curl, style your folded hair. It's a cute fun way of wearing your hair any length without compromising. Looks adorable in braids, etc. I have the same length as the video girl and even cut off 8inches last year. Drink plenty of water, brush your natural scalp oils to ends, shampoo once week, eat lots of veggies and anything that promotes collagen, Dark greens. I think it's 75 % genes but 25% is enough.

Tip: Make sure to give it a tiny trim each year or two and don’t wash it a lot, braid it when you go to bed, put conditioner in before swimming to protect your hair, don’t use heat, and don’t color it!🫶⚡️🩵🌴 that’s how I grew mine out!

Dont use popular over the counter products like Head & Shoulders, Pantene, Dove, L'Oréal, etc. All that stuff is garbage and contains Sulfate in it which strips, drys and damages the hair. Sulfate-Free Shea Moisture is an awesome choice. Rice Water is another good one. Wash your hair once in a while. Make sure to comb it out daily. Preferably use a wooden comb, plastic ones tend to rip out your hair. Only put conditioner on the roots of your hair. You do not need to put conditioner on the top of your head. You naturally produce oils. Put your hair in a braid before going to bed. Avoid greasy foods. Eat rich foods, such as greens, veggies and fruits. Foods that are high in protein, fiber, calcium, magnesium, b12, etc. Drink lots of water (tap-free). Do not heat or color your hair. Wear a hair cap before going swimming, avoid that chlorine touching your hair. Trim once in a while to avoid getting split ends. And last but not least always go to the comments section on YouTube to find answers 😉 !!
