I know for a fact that they secretly lower the chances of getting secret in capsule the moment they release the update to avoid speedrunning the update and once they put the chances rate to normal, that’s where people started to get it. I knew this is coming, congrats Toad!! I have used the codes but couldnt get the Delta brothers. Not my day perhaps. He is such an interesting unit- hybrid after certain level up. Line AOE is a bit sad but Gohan has the same too.
