So I understand you can OD on Iron sulfate but is there considerable health benefits to taking Iron sulfate that you wouldn't get from Iron fluorine? I plan on getting Iron fluorine but I just bought a bottle of iron sulfate and I'm wondering if I should even take it or just throw it out. I am vegan so it is important to me that I get most out of whatever iron supplement is best for me. Thank you for any educated answers that come in. I appreciate you. ~Blessings <3

Ma'a's Maya states that it has iron phosphate. Please clarify if Maya with iron phosphate can be consumed by the bottle and not in small doses due to it having iron phosphate. It sounds like you're saying iron phosphate must be taken in limited doses. But this is a little confusing being that the original biio ferro was maya and is made of iron phosphate
