Essences do not drop randomly @ 10:50. You will see frozen encased monsters that you must click on. Killing these monsters will always drop essences.

You really don’t need to disenchant blue items Transmutation orbs are pretty common. This is why people have no money. Sell your blues

It would be nice if they let you extract stats from gear. It could be balanced by randomising stats themselves.

I am frustrated with the lack of orb of regret. You either make something, or you brick item and bin it. No option to try again, to have a dover. It's too bad..

So much talking but no answer to the subjec how to craft OP Gear... Few major errors. Never ever use Exalted Orb on freshly made item. On higher levels there is a lot of rare good items with 4-5 sufixes. Orb are to preciouse to gamble them like that. Better loot or trade item that you like and ad 1 sufix with orb. On higher levels (+40) collecting all blous for mats its waste of time. There is a lot blue orbs droping.
