**Pear and Brie Tart**

**Ingredients:**
🍐1 package puff pastry (yeast-free)
🍐2-3 Conference pears
🍐Brie cheese (I used 1.5 packages)
🍐1 egg yolk
🍐A bit of flour
🍐Toasted walnuts
🍐Honey
🍐Parchment paper

Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Defrost the pastry in advance and lightly roll it out on a floured surface (I used two sheets). Pinch the edges and transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Slice the pears and cheese into thin pieces.

Arrange the pear and cheese slices, alternating them. Brush the edges of the pastry with the beaten egg yolk and bake the tart in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until the pastry is golden brown.

Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped walnuts, and drizzle with honey. If desired, you can substitute the walnuts with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
