A lot of character animations have subtle differences between first and third person. For instance, when Reaper reloads, he'll throw his guns behind him in third person, but throw them forward in first person.

Also, much like Mercy's Pink skin, Genji's Nihon skin is the only one that changed the color of his sword's afterimage in his highlight intros.
