Well it takes practice that's for sure. Everyone practices the wrong way so ... A tip i got from pro golfer Camilo Villegas is for straight drives choke up on the driver 2 or 3 inches when your finger drives are not working. You take the whippyness out of the shaft creating much straighter drives. Try it, you'll be amazed.😎

He was the Bryson of his day technically. Left arm and shaft always straight from front and side angles. Could hit a driver off the deck carry it 280 when the long driver was Andy Bean. Average 285.
