How to open and close the pumps on our bottles?

Some of our products come in a bottle with a pump, which is locked when you first buy it, in order to prevent the product from leaking. 🧴

In this video, Philippe, cofounder of Oneka, shows you how to open the pumps of our bottles. This process only involves two simple steps: tighten the neck securely and turn the upper part of the pump counterclockwise.

If you have to carry your bottles, it is also possible to close the pumps so you don't make a mess. To do so, simply press the pump - be careful, product will come out - and turn the upper part of the pump clockwise.
