UV Care UVC Light Before and After Microscope

This is an actual microscope test at UP Los Banos on the effects of the Pocket Sterilizer against bacteria. Imagine what our other lamps can do!

A little more information would be nice. How long was the exposure?
Where is the bacteria from??
How close was the lamp to the test sample????

Pocket UV-C Sterlizer would be very low wattage, probably 2.5 watt. At that level it can only sanitize to a limited extent as is shown in the video. When you are sanitizing in Hospital, the wattage goes up; 100 - 1000 watts

But you know what's another thing this highlights - microbiological ecology might very well involve nonpathogenic species that would've happily eaten away the pathogens you were worried about, had you simply boosted your "allies" selectively instead of trying to "carpet bomb" every living thing on there. What if strategies like what we're already doing for intestinal health with the probiotic supplements would also be the better choice for surface disinfection, at least when we have a narrow selection of pathogens we need to get rid of?

We should also consider the fact that UVC specifically targets and damages DNA, and anytime you apply too little of it from too weak of a lamp, you may very well be boosting the variety of mutants in that culture and hugely increasing the chances of getting new drug-resistant or disinfection-resistant strains.

to be fair looking at it there are a lot less bacteria floating around so it's kinda unfair showing the 1% that survive

Are you saying bacteria got bigger after exposure? XD is a 70w lamp in hvac system effective in killing mold and bacteria blowing past the lamp?

It doesn't look much different on the right side vs the left side. This doesn't look effective. If the bug like creature in the middle of the right screen is supposed to be the sanitizer, then why does the same kind of bug show up on the left side towards the end of the clip?

I think! the way to avoid the spread of the Corona virus is to make UV LIGHT Tunnels and people needs to walk in, also install UV lamps in the rooms of the hospitals where the contaminated people is resting
Also in airport uv light portals must be installed before boarding planes
