If Sidious won in Rotj i think he would surpass the mortis Gods when he gains Dyad a full potential Anakins force Ghost with all the Jedi that powered up Rey in Rise of Skywalker barely beat a Palpatine on a crippled clone body imagine if Sidious won Rotj and achieved Dyad Dyad Sidious would have been close to the whills in power if he won in Rotj and stayed on his original body
