You might want to put some insulating foam board and some 1/4 to do the ceiling. That bare aluminum roof will get HOT.

For lights, 2 12v deep cycle batteries wired in parallel, and wired in with the charging pin on your trailer connector is the way to go. Go LED everything, power when you want it. Truck running or not.
