If You are not on a strict budget, eat at Prohibicja restaurant when visiting Nikiszowiec. There are also some old mines You can visit, just like Wieliczka.

Unfortunately, you have just missed the most important place in Katowice - Paks Slaski with its zoo, rose garden and the largest planetarium in Poland, which looks like a building from Mars.
