Thank you Dr. Stanley. We're seeing an increase of Christians who "love" Jesus but hate his teachings.

The second greatest commandment was to love our neighbors. And we must love our enemies like we love our neighbor.

I'm going to support leaders who preach this message and move away from those who promote hatred for our neighbors and enemies.

I've been wrestling with "loving your enemies" for the longest time. Do I love my enemies? No, I do not. How do I love people who are deliberately trying to destroy me? How do I love people who enjoy hurting, bullying, harassing and torturing me? How do I love people who spread malicious gossip about me? How do I love people who constantly do these things to me? How? I feel like I'm fighting against evil itself...

Well a niece of my wife’s destroyed my wife’s family by accusing me of something horrible. Sadly there are innocent people who are the ones who are suffering the most. But she doesn’t care. My sister in law and her husband threw my under the bus . They supposedly apologized but my wife is standing by me. Relationship over. Too dangerous for me to go near them. I don’t need more accusations. Trying to forgive, and making slow progress but will take a long time. Even when that happens, I still will not be involved with them ever again. The pain is so intense and sharp. But it is what it is.
