*~ Classic Cupcakes Recipe Ingredients ~*
Butter (Unsalted): 40 grams
Milk: 2-4 tbsp (4 tbsp is better)
Eggs: 3 (at room temperature)
Sugar (powdered): 3/4 cup or 160 grams
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Oil: 1 tsp (to make cupcake moist and soft) - I forgot it to add in this recipe
All purpose flour (maida): 1 cup or 160 grams
Baking powder: 1 tsp
Vanilla Essence: 1 drop (I did not use it because I like classic cupcake without it)
- Make sure skewer comes out clean before turning off stove or oven
- Butter can be replaced with 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
*~ Cupcake Baking Temperature and Time ~*
Bake in preheated oven
Temperature: 140-160 C or 280-320 F
Time: 20-25 Minutes
If skewer comes out clean, its safe to turn off oven
You can also make it without oven
*~ Cupcake Baking Temperature and Time (without Oven) ~*
Preheat 3-5 minutes on medium to full flame
Bake for 35-35 minutes on low flame
Give cupcake rest for 30 minutes after it's done for best taste and results
*~ Precautions ~*
-- Beat eggs and sugar until it changes color & you get foamy texture.
-- When you add flour in eggs mixture, don't over-mix otherwise foamy texture will break and cupcakes will not be fluffy
-- Bake slowly. High heating will not bake fast and cupcakes may not come out soft.
-- After baking, give it a rest and wait 30 minutes
