The fact that the stones were instantly falling off the most expensive dress makes me mad. Spending that much money, you wouldn't expect that to happen (at least not INSTANTLY). I'm surprised that didn't happen with the cheaper ones (unless it did and we just weren't shown)

People might've also been a bit thrown off because Ana (Anna?) kinda drowned in her outfit. It was just way too big for her. Made it difficult to see the dress as well.

Personally, I do think you're overdoing it a LOT with all the rhinestones in a lot of outfits, which just makes it look trashy instead of luxurious. Sometimes, less is more. Maybe having 1 or max 2 pieces have rhinestones would make it look nicer. Imo, ofc.
