Bloody hell can I go and sue all my ex teachers? They called me bad alot, I now realise they wasn't teaching me my behaviour was inappropriate to be able to function better in normal society. If good and bad are replaced by skilful and unskilful in relation to behaviour, then it look like this:

“Skilful and unskilful behaviour”

Good and bad adjectives are related to morals when they are directly related to the word behaviour.

Skilful and unskilful have a connotation invoking a form of conduct regardless of any morals.

Therefore I think is reasonable to suggest that it’s use will not only indoctrinate pupils but will at the same time, eliminate their ability to even recognise what morals are.

So you have a student who is really skilful at bullying, beating or knifing others
He is "not bad" according to the school, but he is not unskilful, quite the contrary, just not in a good way
There is a reason why words are used, it's to convey meaning, otherwise we are all just speaking jibberish
