This buff actually makes Hokusai the best refund Extra class looper now, her NP refund in farming (without ramp) has now suppassed even Summer Kama, and it's practically equal to Summer Ibuki in refund. With ramp (in CQ), her refund easily becomes better than Summer Ibuki. The Art res down + NP upgrade + Anti-Man also make her damage top tier among all neutral looper, and she's an Art Foreigner so compartible with Castoria and Gogh in CQ as well. Pretty good stuff

They also stealth buffed Hokusais 3rd skill! The def down is now before damage, so her NP does even more damage now

After many years... FINALLY OUI GOT HER NP BUFF!! I don't know why it took so long with them postponing the np buff that she needed desperately rather than her skill buffs. I haven't had a chance to test her yet but I think with her np gain, arts resist down, and higher base damage modifier, this buff will allow her to be able to be a very viable neutral looper and hopefully bring her back into the meta. Either way its a happy day to be a Oui fan. 😊

Alright, I can't argue with the facts: Not only these characters needed buffs (looking at you, damn Asclepious), the buffs themselves are awsome!

Big W for the devs, Hokusai, and Horse I don't care about, but I glad he got buffed.

What good days for our Foreigners! I am so happy.
I kinda hoped Abby would get such an insane buff too, not that the one she received was bad of course, but I don't understand they are always shy in giving the Abbys huge buffs (look at you, Summer), but at long last, the two foreigners who needed it the most received nice buffs... it's truly a good buffs set.

Hokusai also has something quite underrated in my opinion, in that her append is doubling down on the super effective damage against berserkers. So she’s going to hit the most dangerous common class in the game so ridiculously hard now with her np.

As someone who loves to use my NP2 level 100 Hokusai and thinks she is still very good and helps out in a lot of content, seeing her getting this kind of a massive buff makes me insanely happy. To finally be able to be able to properly loop with her is wonderful news beside her getting a massive damage upgrade.
