Ingredients:

1/3 cup of butter, melted - 75g
1/3 cup + 1 tbsp of cream - 100g
1/3 cup + 1 tbsp of milk - 100g
0.9 oz of fresh yeast - 25g
3 tbsp of sugar
1 egg
3 cups + 1 tbsp of flour - 475g
3.5 of chocolate chips or chunks - 100g
1 egg for brushing at the end
