I seen cops still give tickets to people who went out of their way to help someone. But because this lady is a cop, we are suppose to feel bad? This is reminder why we have traffic laws. Just because you are a cop doesn't mean you are above it. Exactly why cops need to give other cops tickets. Im pretty sure she jaywalk a billion times. 1 ticket could of saved her life. Just saying
