A men with a air gun and look at all the law enforcement on the scene? I mean how is this ever justifiable to have all these resources on the street? Is this normal for LA or is this nationwide. What a waste. Does that situation need all these people getting involved? I mean the cost alone for this. The reports that have to be written. I cant imagine that this makes any sense. I always see this overwelming manpower on every little problem in LA.
