This is called grafting, it still takes the same amount of time to get fruit as if your planting from seed, because the root stock is probably 3 or more years old. If you already have an older root stock, then yes you might be able to get fruit in as little as a year or two if you graft at the right time.

Anyway the method seems quite fruitful. But you are not disclosing what compounds or ingredients you are using for when you are grafting. So please disclose in vwriting at least.
