How would I calculate if the statement states that his regular working hours is 40 hours but then when I count the number of hours he worked for the week it is only 38 hours? it also says that with overtime adds a 0.25 premium. It makes me confuse since he worked 10 hours on Thursday is that overtime or not?

👋🏾Weiss Anthony works as a certified caregiver and works 35 hrs a week @$13.00 hr he gets paid bi-weekly so he noticed on his paystub that his 70 hrs brings him a gross of $910.00 so when he works on holidays the company takes 5 hrs from the 70 and pays him that for holiday pay so now his work hrs are 65 hrs and 5 hrs holiday pay. Is this right?
