those karts are first drivable in the classic event

you can get the car out by using bumper cart emote and some shenanigans (i did it)

I discovered this when I was using that one shotgunner Strat for grinding bells and it was so funny to me

You can send the cars down to the map if you use moon walk which makes car bounce if ur going back against a wall lol
