2:15 step fifth. Do i need to connect the pony on high or low voltage?

I recently bought one of their RPCs and it really is very simple to wire. The difficult part is laying out, wiring and having everything necessary between the RPC and your machine. Especially if, like me, you're running multiple machines. Also, their current enclosures are a little different from the one used in the video. The current enclosure's knockouts are laser cut making them difficult to see under certain conditions.
Bottom line, I'm happy with my purchase. It's a well made (in the USA) RPC. Easy to connect and use. It provides clean, consistent 3 phase power to my 2 HP Bridgeport milling machine and 1.5 HP KBC lathe. It does exactly what I need it to do.

Still not clear. So we need a control panel plus a generator, right ? . 3 phase load can be connected to this assembly?
