In just a short amount of time, we have seen two giants claiming to be the sun god. What if whoever can make the strongest claim to the sun god position gets crowned king? Hajrudin might have needed a fitting devil fruit to get the throne, so he competed for the fire based logia.

Loki just went for the "easy route" of killing the old king for his fruit. Maybe in the style of an assassination instead of honourable combat.

Seeing Luffy in the sun god form might be what unites all giantkind after years of warring.

- Since Oda likes to flip myths I can see this where Loki being the accursed prince is due to a misunderstandings where Harold died due to an accident or took the blame for his death especially where I can see after being rejected by Lola he became depressed & hated himself to the point of making himself look bad to the rest of the world

18:17 I've got 2 theories, though the second could also apply to the first.

First: loki's fruit is a moon god fruit that masquerades itself as a sun god fruit, a slight nod to the fact that moonlight is just reflected sunlight.

Second, I think he may have abilities not quite like hypnosis, but actually the ability to send anyone he makes eye contact with into a blind berserker's rage, attacking anything and anyone around them. Luffy may release loki, and as soon as he is free, he lifts the eye coverings and causes luffy to attack the forest creatures or maybe even a giant village

Honestly, I think there is gunna be a big subversion to what we think is actually going on.. Loki was chained outta some kinda plot from another unknown faction and that faction runs Elbaph behind the scene like the Gorosei.

But Loki being the big bad and Luffy releasing him make total sense as well. Who knows.

I agree that Hajrudin and Loki have different parents, but I think this is what happened. After Loki "killed" the previous King (I put killed in quotes since I still have doubts regarding this), a new King was put on the throne. Normally, the prince will inherit the throne. However, in this case, the prince killed the King, so it would not be a good move to allow him to he the King. So another Giant was crowned as King. Perhaps this New King is a relative of the previous King. Now, that New King is Hajrudin's father, not the previous King who was killed.

I think loki is a " good guy" but like kidd. Kidd isntva good person but hes not an atagonist hes just a guy who aligns with the evil side but he usually ends up on luffy side due to plot. Basically vegeta.

So i can see loki becomes loyal to kidd n hajrudin is loyal to luffy n by the end the 2 giants get along but support other teams.

I go by the elitdz theory that kid is also a sun god but luffy is the god of liberation n kid is the god of battle

Idk man Loki just gives me goat man vibes. Goats/lambs have a tie to religion and religious practices too. Like the "blood of the lamb" could be what links hyrudin and Loki together. Road has a dear skull thinking he was mimicking the sun god but maybe Loki GENUINELY believes he's the sun god but he has a goat fruit. I feel like he will almost definitely have a different type of eye/pupil which will tie into the goat then even more. Goats even have ties to the Norse as well. Even the devil itself is depicted with a goat head.

@Dak’s Sake, I was thinking the same exact thing about inversion with Yamato’s fruit but with an Amaterasu (shinto sun god) fruit. Amaterasu is also portrayed as a wolf.
