When I went to Japan for the first time I decided to watch Lost in Translation on the plane. A major plot point is that Billy Murray's character is an actor past his prime who travels to Japan to film ads for Whiskey. And the first thing I saw when stepping out of the subway station at Shibuya Crossing was a giant billboard of Tommy-Lee Jones advertising Whiskey 😂
