If this actually happened the Cold War would definitely be longer and the west would be well.. annoyed. Russia probably would have gone down to the Middle East and taken that and expanding influence in Africa the Warsaw Pact would change like NATO’s course and I think the Soviets would win. That's it. You're genius! If the Soviets just gave up Kaliningrad then the Germans would be less mad. Thus one of the most powerful nations in the world wouldn't have bad relations with the Soviets and so the Soviets don't collapse as they aren't pressured into invading Afghanistan
