15 seconds in to round 1, Tom Aspinall suffered a knee injury that saw him have to exit the bout. This left Curtis Blaydes with an undeserved and unwanted win. Both fighters walked away from the fight unsatisfied with the result.

Tom Aspinall's only loss in the UFC comes from this fight, but he'll be hoping to settle his debt as he once again faces Curtis Blaydes at UFC 304.
