Why do complementarians ignore their own Bible exegesis & hermeneutic rules when it comes to women??

Christians, especially complementarians, talk big when it comes to their Biblical exegesis and Hermeneutics but then toss them out when it comes to the topic of women. We cannot be proponents of rules of interpretation and then abandon them when its convenient or to our benefit. Rick Warren's apology is an example to us of how there are pastors out there teaching what they havent studied for themselves.
