How to change Scale -units of measure in Google Earth Pro

For assistance with setting your scale for Permaculture Design.

When using Google earth pro your default may be to meters (in Canada) you want your scale in google earth to corrospond with the units of measure on your basemap design. Be sure to have both set at the same units for whichever you choose~

Does Google Earth Pro have a map scale feature, for example I want the map scale to be set at 1:200, is there one? thank you for your answers.
